Return of products :
The customer must follow the return procedure indicated on the website (see the GTC).
No returns will be accepted without respect of this procedure. Risks and return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the customer use a tracking shipment and ensure the shipment to avoid litigation. When the nonconformity has been noticed we will propose to the customer:
If you want to return an item to change size, color, or exchange for another product: place a new order and return the original article for us to proceed with the refund. The items must all be returned at once, in new condition, unworn, unwashed, in their packaging with the original labels also in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not strictly meet these criteria
Refund of the price of returned products and delivery charges, no later than 15 days from the date of sending the notification of confirmation of non-compliance by Stay Cute customer service.
